Deep Relaxation

It is important to find ways to relax that we relate to, and are therefore easier

to practice. This enables us to relax into a deeper level of peace, reduce

stress, and increase focus and concentration.

During a mindfulness session we practice ways to bring ourselves into the

present. We use our senses, intentional breathing techniques and visualisation exercises to achieve this. I

believe that we do our best healing in these relaxed states, partly due to us letting go of control for a moment

and allowing our body and mind to do what it needs to do without interference.
